Service Description

Active and collaborative CBT sessions focused on helping you make meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll break down your experiences to understand where your difficulties stem from, developing a shared formulation that highlights the patterns keeping you stuck and what we can do to break those cycles. Each session is goal-focused and tailored to your needs, combining reflection with practical tools you can apply in daily life. I recommend starting with a block of 10 sessions to ensure a complete treatment process. Further sessions can be arranged if needed. Opening Offer: Book 9 sessions and receive your 10th session free.
